MTV Movie Awards 2014 yang di bawakan oleh Conan O'Brien, ajang penghargaan ini diadakan di Nokia Theatre, Los Angeles, Amerika Serikat, pada 13 April waktu setempat.
Dalam acara penghargaan ini juga dikabarkan akan memberikan sebuah penghargaan spesial untuk mendiang Paul Walker yang tewas akibat kecelakaan maut pada awal Desember 2013 lalu.
